STAFFING AND TRAINING

FINC is an Ohio non-profit corporation that was established on March 3, 2004. The Articles of Incorporation were amended to include providing services to developmentally disabled (DD) consumers. Faithworks Inc, became a 501(c) (3) Federal Income Tax Exempt entity as of February 5, 2008.

 

Faithworks, Inc. began services for its first client in July 2009. Our current staff, most of whom have worked with DD consumers for many years, and any staff that we hire, will be required to be able to identify autism and physical disabilities exhibited by any consumers, based on plans, activities and strategies via research in the medical community. The commitment of Faithworks, Inc is to enhance the quality of life for our consumers by providing a safe caring environment that promotes self determination, productive activity and personal skill development.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality assurance will be the paramount focus in all our endeavors. We strive to provide excellent service as required, so that we can get high evaluations at all times. Accurate record keeping and agency compliance will comply with all Federal, State and Local entities. The fail safe system of compliance for FINC applies to both our employee records and consumers as well. We recognize that good record keeping is important and will produce high quality service for our consumers. Our administrator has a background experience in record keeping and ensuring Federal and State requirements were met per contract. This is an area of FINC that will never be compromised.


Mr. Michael R. Foday, President/Chairman of the Board, BS, MBA, Miami University/ Xavier University both of Ohio, has been in economic development for more than 30 years, dealing with business ownership and economic development. Mr. Foday has also worked in different management capacities over fifteen years through contracts with the U.S. SBA, the U.S. Department of Commerce and private companies, including Procter Gamble/Huber Hunt & Nichols during the construction of the P&G Office Towers. He has worked as a consultant for his own company, SBS Consultants, for over 20 years. Mr. Foday is also the treasurer of Faithworks, Inc.

Evelyn S. Foday, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BA, MA in Communications, University of Cincinnati, has worked in this capacity for over four years. She has worked for a non-profit social service agency as a Human Resource/Compliance Officer and Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Foday has worked at different levels of management of increasing responsibility and is a competent writer and researcher. Mrs. Foday is also the corporate secretary of Faithworks, Inc.

Schubrena Thomas, Supported Living Coordinator, has worked as a Director Service Care Provider for DODD clients for over five years, including serving as a Supported Living Coordinator. She was approved by the State of Ohio and Hamilton County Board of Developmentally Disabled under the sponsorship of FINC, receiving certification to provide services in supported living. Ms. Thomas’ desire is a passion and a gift that transcends to others around her.

Kara Foday is the administrative assistant for Faithworks, Inc. and has been with the company since 2009. Ms. Foday has experience with office management, business operations, and scheduling.

Alexis Kidd, quality assurance/program manager, has over five years of experience in non-profit management. During those years, Ms. Kidd managed various programs and services within disadvantaged communities.
